Step 1. Work out how many Cartridges you need refilling.

Example: If you have 2 black cartridges & 1 multi colour cartridge to refill, simply change the amount in the quantity box above to 3 cartridges and checkout, we charge the same for black or colour so no colour choice is required.

(We only refill the chunky style cartridges, see picture. If it's thin don't send it in, as it'll be cheaper to simply buy a new one on our website)

Step 2. Add that many refills to your basket and checkout, you will be emailed an ORDER NUMBER

Step 3. We receive your order and email you a freepost address. (A freepost bag will be included for future orders)

Step 4. Put your empty cartridges in a/the bag along with your ORDER NUMBER and drop the bag in a Royal Mail post box.

Step 5. We receive your cartridges, refill them and send them back to you, JOB DONE !

The whole process should take no longer than 4 days . .
