	Cybercrime is basically any type of criminal activity involving a

Cybercrimes are generally defined as any type of illegal activity that makes use of the Internet, a private or public network, or an in-house computer system.

While many forms of cybercrime revolve around obtaining sensitive information for unauthorized use, other examples are focused more on invading the privacy of as many computer users as possible.

Cybercrime encompasses any criminal act dealing with computers and networks.
Additionally, cybercrime also includes traditional crimes conducted through the Internet.
For example; hate crimes, telemarketing and Internet fraud, identity theft, and credit card account thefts are considered to be cybercrimes when the illegal activities are committed through the use of a computer and the Internet.
